Since the last update we have been working through the feedback provided from the second project audit. We also met with our project host and got some suggestions for additions to be made to the Concept AI prototype system. This meeting can be seen in our meeting minutes folder in our repository.
Technical Artefact Update
We are currently working on finalising a prototype for testing. We have already had some external users, as well as our project host, suggests some additions to help the system work towards the goal of prompting discussion and discovering requirements.
Our upcoming planned additions are:
An inbuilt knowledge base of legislation and regulations
A more detailed feedback section for external user testing (more on this below)
Contradictory requirement checks
Allowing multiple active users on the website at once
The proof of concept website has been updated so you can request access credentials, for your own testing. There will also be a submission portal coming soon where you can upload the workflows you generate so we can use that data to improve the system. This data will be used alongside our own internal testing data to evaluate our design against our goal criteria and requirements.
A more detailed testing plan will be released soon, providing consistent prompts to benchmark the system’s performance with.
Project Audit 3 Plans
Our next milestone is Project Audit 3, which will be in a few weeks from now.
Our Target Goals for PA3 is to have the completed testing and evaluation plans, as well as finished the internal and external testing and have a minimum viable product ready to showcase.
Our Crash Goals for PA3 is to have completed the testing and evaluation plans, and have begun both internal and external testing.
Our Stretch Goals for PA3 is to have compiled and analysed all the results from the completed testing, and have begun our SWOT* analysis.
We are currently still awaiting approval from our project host for the design requirements and criteria, as well as the most recent updated version of our concept of operations. We will also begin discussion about presenting our product to Frazer Nash employees at some point in the semester.
